Cazoo added a PX onto my order and I didn’t have one

Delivery guy spoke to cazzoo and said why there’s a Px on this persons order , they said it’s fine release car and I got given the car and delivery guy explained logbook in post ect ,

and I’m going to ring cazoo and see what they say

Well i cant believe I’m writing this but they’ve accused me of PX fraud and said i can no longer buy or speak to cazoo again

But you have an invoice/paperwork that shows your transaction ?

What does that say ?

It says the new car transaction paid £20,400

and then another Px saying £20325? 

And then I paid 99 for delivery also 

I’ve never had a Px ? What’s there issue

I paid £20,400 for the new car 

and they added a Px which I didn’t know about which was £20,325 

and I paid a 99 delivery on top of it ,

i don’t know what they’ve done but there now accusing me of Part exchange fraud and I can’t buy of cazoo again

Not sure you've actually answered @Wonka_2's question.

It sounds to me like you agreed to pay £20400 plus £99 for delivery = £20499 to be paid.

But that they deducted £20325 for PX so you actually only paid £174 total.

Presumably you paid this off in full at the time the car was delivered.  How long ago was that?

And would you ever want to deal with them again if they are so incompetent??

That’s correct that’s what it says on the invoice

I agreed to pay £20,400 for the car and they added a Px onto it and deducted £20325 , and I paid delivery so £174 I paid altogether and they’re saying I done Px fraud ??? 

How did I do that when I didn’t even put a PART EXCHANGE onto my order !!! 

I’ve put a complaint into them
