  • So when are you going to pay them the £20k+?
Read what I said above ☝️

“I rang cazoo again to pay the balance they said no balance due and we don’t want to deal with you again and the matter stays the same we don’t want to buy off you or deal with you again. “
Job done then.  What are you concerned about?

I thought you paid £174?  Then it was £124.  Now it's £135. Your numbers are all over the place.  Make sure you check all the details when you need to because based on your performance here, they'll run rings around you in court if it gets that far.

Just sit tight and deal with it when their lawyers contact you.  I suspect that that's why they're not prepared to deal with you any more, it's been passed to their legal team to commence recovery action.   In the meantime, you've got to hope you don't have any problems with the car, because they're not going to be assisting you with it if you do.

If you're still worried about the invoice, give your insurance company a call for their legal advice.

You are not a good communicator. It would be better to get this in writing so there is an audit trail, but get someone to write the letter for you

Still reckon OP would be better to sell the car asap, keep the ‘ill-gotten gains’ and move on 😏

This is where it shows on the invoice I actually  paid £99 and £25

there fault I guess for putting someone’s random Px on my order

Seems like it’s not a WIND-UP after all

and after phoning cazoo to pay the balance they said no we don’t want to deal with you again and the matter stays the same we don’t want to buy off you or deal with you again.
I'll be amazed if that was the case, they would surely think "Uh oh something isn't right here" & then look into it. It's plain to see that someone's PX has been wrongly allocated to your order & if all of this is true, someone will be being chased for £20,300 when they should have that as a credit on their order.

So how about the whole invoice that shows exactly what you were due to pay?

    As £99+£25 does not equal £174 which you posted P3 12 Jan @ 3:19PM
