No more 'Bank transfers will be back soon' message. However, when I tried to redeem, an error popped up saying 'Oops..something went wrong' (Yep!, sound like something Nadhim Zahawi would say, or Liss Truss, or Kwasi Kwarteng, or Suella Braverman..the list continues). Below it there was an option to 'Contact support'. Click on it and then support webpage is loaded. On there there is a link 'I am not able to redeem my points' or similar:

I clicked on it and there are some suggestions on workarounds. One is to use a different browser. The other is to use the App. I chose to open a private browser window (yes. 'private browser' not 'private matter') using same browser and it worked.
I think the error is probably something to do with caching. I could clear the browser cache and it should work without the need to use the private browser window.0 -
Anyone else having issues reauthorising Santander atm?
Tried via mobile and laptop. Appears to go through each stage ok then returns to account list with error message 🤷♂️
Update: Santander re-connected at first attempt today. Go figure

£50 redeemed yesterday at 4:40 pm, arrived at Bank account this morning without issue.
One thing I noticed (using previous 2 redeemed points) is that if I make the redeem later in the day, the £50 arrives the next day. Whereas, if I do it in the morning, it arrives the same day. e.g. on 03.08.23 redeem done at 9:13 am and it arrived same day. Whereas, on 26.04.23 I did redeem at 5:15 pm and it arrived next day.

I was invited to Yougov Safe recently. The only one I've not been able to connect is YouTube. The circle just spins forever when it says "Collecting and encrypting data".
Anyone else had problems with this?1 -
Yougov.co.uk does not seems to be a Regulated Provider of OpenBanking in UK. Doesn't this make them high risk to allow them access to personal banking information?

Redeemed my points today for a £50 bank transfer, and it was in my account before I had completed the survey that I started straight after requesting the redemption!
I have savings accounts that don't transfer that quickly 🤣1 -
2 of my accounts came up for renewal in the last week or so, I did them 1 at a time to make sure they tracked ok. First was TSB, just a current account. I reconsented and checked a couple of days later and it still said I needed to reconsent so I did it again, took 3 attempts but I still havent got the points.
Next was Lloyds (current/savings and cc) reconsented but still no points, now its says '41 days of access left' how is that possible when i've only reconsented about a week ago. No points added for any of these accounts.
But did a survey this morning and 50 points added for thatErrrr...come back later0
