I've tried to connect Virgin Money 8 months ago and it didn't work, so this list is not entirely accurate.flaneurs_lobster said:
This YouGov page lists the institutions that work (although some are more troublesome than others)Banksy_2 said:Afternoon all, is it possible that someone can list the banks that don't work with this to save trawling through all 62 pages of this thread?
Keen to know if the likes of Starling, Kroo etc work as planning on signing up with them to complete my 10 open accounts.

Some of the accounts I've connected had an occasional £1 recent transaction history.Banksy_2 said:Sorry to ask another, but what is the minimum amount of transactions needed on an account as part of this?1

I successfully signed up an account a month ago that had literally no transaction activity for over six months - the YouGov Finance Yes/No algorithm is a deep and mysterious chunk of AI.allegro120 said:

Still doesn't work today for the same reason, it takes you to the old Virgin login expecting a 7 character customer ID.allegro120 said:

I managed to add my Virgin Credit Card with some trouble 3 months ago but it was impossible to get it to reconnect...0

Strange indeed, there seems to be no logic in how it works. I have a few current accounts with both, Clydesdale and Yorkshire sort codes, none of them were able to pass that ID stage. It doesn't bother me because I have more than enough current accounts, but it is strange that some can connect and some can't.antuk said:

I finally got a response when I wrote a negative comment on trust pilot.....
 I got banned
It seems that I had failed one of the quality assurance tests where you have to click the odd one out ie
Monday, Tuesday, March, Friday - type of thing
I replied to their email and gave an an assurance that I would take more care in future
I got a warning and was told to take my time filling in the surveys and then got reinstated
