2 of my accounts came up for renewal in the last week or so, I did them 1 at a time to make sure they tracked ok. First was TSB, just a current account. I reconsented and checked a couple of days later and it still said I needed to reconsent so I did it again, took 3 attempts but I still havent got the points.
Next was Lloyds (current/savings and cc) reconsented but still no points, now its says '41 days of access left' how is that possible when i've only reconsented about a week ago. No points added for any of these accounts.
But did a survey this morning and 50 points added for that  :/

I do all my 10 at the same time, every 90 days or so. I usually delete them all and re-add them, rather than reconsent the open banking link. Never had any issues doing it this way.

I do all mine at the same time, although I do use the reconsent option and then delete and re-add any that don't play ball. It is clear which have worked because they show 90 days of access again.
  • Having issues reconsenting 3x Halifax Rewards. It says Reconsented, but then the 'Access has expired. Reconsent reconsent button" persists in the main page that displays the list of connected accounts. Tried numerous times on laptop and mobile.

  • I just had some come up for renewal at 13 days left. Reconsenting was fine apart from Halifax where I have 2 accounts. It keeps failing.
  • Interesting that Chase are still not available here, even though I made a gift card purchase earlier today through Chase using Truelayer. One day perhaps !

Delete the savings accounts and give consent  to current accounts and credit cards
Tried this, deleted the savings accounts but when I added a new current account it says successfully added but no points because I already reached the limit of getting points for ten accounts (I guess they are including the "savings accounts" - Monzo pots -  I already got 100 points each for, even though I didn't want to). Now just wait 92 days before I can re-add the new current account. There doesn't seem any way around this.
  • Afternoon all, is it possible that someone can list the banks that don't work with this to save trawling through all 62 pages of this thread?

Keen to know if the likes of Starling, Kroo etc work as planning on signing up with them to complete my 10 open accounts.

Also, I'm assuming that it doesn't include closed accounts (those that have been switched from recently) ?

    Thanks

This YouGov page lists the institutions that work (although some are more troublesome than others)

EDIT : It's 7 months old so probably somewhat out of date

  • Sorry to ask another, but what is the minimum amount of transactions needed on an account as part of this?
