I don't quite follow. When/where do you "click the odd one out"?sparkiemalarkie said:
I had this and tried every way of contacting customer services....qsk said:Time of the year again for reconsent but I cannot logon because no code arrives by email. Anyone got similar problems?
I finally got a response when I wrote a negative comment on trust pilot.....
I got banned
It seems that I had failed one of the quality assurance tests where you have to click the odd one out ie
Monday, Tuesday, March, Friday - type of thing
I replied to their email and gave an an assurance that I would take more care in future
I got a warning and was told to take my time filling in the surveys and then got reinstated

During surveys there are sometimes quality control questions to filter out robots or mindless filling (clicking through without reading/answering properly). It can be as simple as "Choose 'this answer' from the selection below", or "Choose the odd one out" from a list of named days with a single named month (which is clearly the odd one out).qsk said:

YouGov often ask you a question part way through their surveys to make sure you are reading the question and not just clicking on random stuff

I have no problem with yougov, I answer all the questions even if I don't know the answer they expect
I have just done another question and answer session
Watch 30 minutes of the Covid enquiry and 3 minutes of questions
That got me another 200 points0 -
I had this problem and tried to contact CS without success. Like below I added a review on Trustpilot and a month later was asked for some personal details. Finally got a response saying they think (they think do they not know) I have two accounts and have closed the account. Complete twaddle. Completely confused. Really liked using Yougov finance as well.qsk said:Time of the year again for reconsent but I cannot logon because no code arrives by email. Anyone got similar problems?

Definitely not so many surveys as there used to be, I certainly don't get 1 a week, it's mainly chat now with zero points everydaypecunianonolet said:
Nice one, I get max 1 survey through per week at the moment when it used to be 2-3 a week. Usually the first one for 50 points and they ask if you'd like to do a second one for 25 points. Not had a 200 point survey in ages. Hoping for my yougov pulse devices working properly to provide another monthly income of points.MikeJXE said:I have no problem with yougov, I answer all the questions even if I don't know the answer they expect

Yeah, deffo seems like its been a bit of a dead period atm. I get a survey maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks at the moment.

I have been getting 3 or 4 surveys a week, but a lot of the time, the questions are on the same subject matter, so pretty boring really.0

They are - Ylive are similar - but I just think of the £50 as the surveys speed along the process.wiseonesomeofthetime said:I have been getting 3 or 4 surveys a week, but a lot of the time, the questions are on the same subject matter, so pretty boring really.0
