Nick_C said:Has anyone managed to reconfirm Amex lately?
I have 2 cards linked to YouGov, but can't reconfirm them. I've tried doing them one at a time and together, both on a PC and on an Android phone. Every attempt fails.1 -

Hi
Does anyone know how to get Yougov to answer your contact tickets? Deathly silence so far. Tried several times.
Cheers0 -
@Nick_C re Amex- i had that problem earlier in week, left it a day & went back - i actually added as a new account to my yougov finance on my mobile (ditched one of my other accs to make the space), and weirdly, changing the view to landscape seemed to help. It took a few tries for amex app to talk properly to open banking again, but it has gone through & awarded points. Now building the energy to redo TSB; that was pain last time too...maybe i need to delete teh rconsent option & add as a new account too...#33 in 2025's 365x1p challenge - assigning amounts randomly on a daily basis

Have YouGov removed the £50 bank transfer reward?
My wife finally got her first 5000 points after a number of surveys cause she only had 9 accounts to add to YouGov finance. Went to go redeem £50 bank transfer and it's not there... I checked my own YouGov app and it's also not showing for me, I've had 3 or 4 bank transfers since joining. Closest thing now is £50 Virtual Visa card.
Anyone seeing the same?
Edit: Thought I'd check on the website in case it was just an app issue. There's not at the top of rewards saying "Bank transfers will be back soon. We're sorry for the inconvenience."0 -
I see a msg saying bank transfers will be back soon and they apologise for the inconvenience. Along with plenty of gift cards and the virtual VISA card0

I was fortunate then as I only redeemed my latest £50 last week. Hopefully they'll have the bank transfer back when it next rolls round.0
