    At the end of my survey, I had an invite to yougov pulse. They say it only works on Windows or Android, not iOS, and I had to install extensions to Chrome and Firefox. They now say I have not installed the extensions, which isn't true. So I have given up on yougov pulse.

    Today, they sent me an email to say I should click on the new "What matters to you" card on your dashboard. I have no such card anywhere.

    It all seems quite chaotic.

  • Still can't get access to my account and no response from CS via email. Does anyone know if a telephone call would be a  better bet or do you just have to be patient.
    I wrote a bad review on Trust pilot when I couldn't log on ...I got a reply within 48 hours saying that I had been banned! Apparently I had failed a few quality control questions. I did eventually manage to get reinstated .

    It works on iPadOS lots of questions about your preferences in every subject

    Strangely, (not that I complain), 450 points got awarded early this morning and the only thing in the description is a number, I presume a survey identifier but can't remember any such high paying survey when most are 50 points only and sometimes there is a 100 points one and they usually get credited instantly. Not sure if the points credit and Pulse email are connected.

    Yes, I received it. For me, after installing the new YouGov app, start survey in this instance took me to instructions on how to install the new VPN.

    Yep I've had it too, plus the 450 points.
    Similar in that when I do the survey on the main page it just crashes.

    Has anyone managed to reconfirm Amex lately?

    I have 2 cards linked to YouGov, but can't reconfirm them.  I've tried doing them one at a time and together, both on a PC and on an Android phone.  Every attempt fails.

    Has anyone else having problems reconfirming TSB ?

    When I am redirected to TSB account there is no way I can give consent, 

    I have tried Safari Chrome iPad and iPhone

    The chat hasn't a clue 

    Any ideas ?
