Hmm, some of my accounts are up for refresh in a week or two which should take me over, hope it's not gone for long.
  • I've only just had my accounts renewed for 5000 points, and am also a whisker away from 5000 points from months of survey slogging. Can the virtual Visa card be used for, say, paying into NS&I/Yorkshire Building Society/Skipton etc? If not I'll have to cross my fingers and wait.

anybody else have revolut as a bank on there bribe list of banks? myn was up for consent to be renewed but it seems when i try and log into the app on my phone to give consent for the yougov website to accept my revoult account the app will open and says " timed out "  and when i click of the time out bit the accept/decline option just moves of the screen very quickly, if i open the app first and then try and set up reconsent it says open the  revolut app and click allow access , but even with the app open it seems i get nothing.

I renewed mine last week, one of them was Revolut. I did all of it on my PC, so used the web login for Revolut. Had to authorise like 5 times through the app and with SMS codes but it worked and let me authorise it.

Have YouGov removed the £50 bank transfer reward?

My wife finally got her first 5000 points after a number of surveys cause she only had 9 accounts to add to YouGov finance. Went to go redeem £50 bank transfer and it's not there... I checked my own YouGov app and it's also not showing for me, I've had 3 or 4 bank transfers since joining. Closest thing now is £50 Virtual Visa card.

    Anyone seeing the same?

Edit: Thought I'd check on the website in case it was just an app issue. There's not at the top of rewards saying "Bank transfers will be back soon. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
Still the same 'bank transfers will be back soon' message on website. Not tried the App, but I feel it's gonno say the same.

Has anyone else having problems reconfirming TSB ?

When I am redirected to TSB account there is no way I can give consent,

I have tried Safari Chrome iPad and iPhone

    The chat hasn't a clue

    Any ideas ?
Tsb was fine for me last week.
Had to do the reconsent twice for each TSB bank account for some reason. Usually accounts from each bank appear bunched together on yougov finance. The two TSB accounts for some reason appear separately. Maybe because they were added on different dates!.

I selected all the accounts to reconsent. Didn't have any probs with reconsenting Natwest And lloyds and one of the tsb accounts, but one didn't play ball. So, next day, I selected to reconsent both tsb accounts again. This time they both went through fine.

It'll be interesting to see if next time they go through in one sweep and appear bunched together (if the reconsent done when both accounts went through was the reconsent that 'counted').
  • Bank deposits seem to be back this morning
Yep, can confirm that, I reached 5000 points last week and successfully cashed out this morning. Money hit my bank within an hour

  • I tried doing this and planned to link multiple accounts to get to 5000 points. Started with Monzo, and it automatically linked each "pot" I have as a savings account at just 100 points each. This then hugely limited how many current accounts or credit card accounts worth 500 points I could link, as it doesn't allow more than 10 accounts. Bit annoying as if I knew about this I would have added Monzo last. Don't think I can do anything about it now, other than wait 90 days.
