@daisy_1571 I ❤️your bag. The patterned fabric is gorgeous - looks a bit like William Morris material and I love that type of pattern.Debt free - Mortgage free - Work free ( in that order

I have these on the kitchen wall for my child to see when he is eating breakfast (along with other stuff) and it is surprising what gets remembered just by randomly reading stuff.
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.Thats what I keep telling myself :-)7 -

From my last post, i'd got up to 96/200. I haven't had a proper count up, but I have made a load more sets of tags and a few more cards
. I bought some cord necklaces to string some handmade charms on, and I've also started sewing and stuffing my scrap buster pumpkins. I've managed 4 so far, they just need some rolled felt glue on as stalks and they're done. It's been a combination of methods rather than just one tutorial, so they perhaps look a little less swish than some, but just as swish as others. It's also used up almost a whole bag of poly stuffing my nan gave me, and I've got yet another pile of rag to shred and use up too. I think i'll get at least another 4 done with what stuffing and rag I have. My first craft fair of the season is on the 14th October. I'm only doing local or charity ones this year as I didn't make any money at all at the big organised ones last year!
I'm in love with the little tie @plumduff55, it's so sweet and I'm tempted to make my son one just because!!
I have attached photos I've actually thought to take- they look like they're randomly in the middle of my text 🤷♀️

Can any one recommend a supplier for cross stitch supplies. Not bought any for a while so was wondering who people use.
Hope for everything and expect nothing!!!

7 more cross stitch cards embroidered over the last 3 days. I have also painted 25 christmas boots black ready for decorating at craft group a week on Monday. Just need to glaze them with modge podge. Not counting these as craft group helped but I do have 25 of my own to complete for Grandchildrens teachers, cubs, brownie leaders etc.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £25.96 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,

@calleyw if you're near Ossett, west yorks The Recycle Yard always has a lot of bits and bobs in. Be careful though, I never come out with just what I went in for!! Selby S.C.R.A.P also have some in.
Brand spanking new wise, I've only ever bought new from Hobbycraft, so not much help I'm afraid.
I've stuffed and sewn 2 more pumpkins today. I've also broken 2 needles and used up the bag of poly stuffing. I'm now onto the rag bag and I only think I'll get one more done (hopefully no more broken needles!!!) Tomorrow I hope to attach all the stems, and then they're done for next weekend.Make £2025 in 2025- £751.88/£2025

I've had a count up- 12 sets of tags made, 7 pumpkins stuffed, trussed and finished, 4 cards. I'm now at 119/200
I will be trying to clear half finished projects off my desk for today- I need room to tackle a roman(?) Blind for our living room out of the lovely thick curtains that are too heavy for the curtain pole to hold 😭 there's a poorly placed bit of metal in the lintel that means the pole just will not stay up anymore. They match the other curtains and I'm loathe to change them as the other curtains are enormous and will no doubt cost a small fortune!! Hopefully I will be able to make a blind without too much bother.

Love the bag @daisy_1571 creative procrastination on the rehearsing 😉5 -
7 cards made, now up to 126/200.
A little more cleared off the desk, but still not quite clear 🤦♀️ I will probably just tuck it all away somewhere so that I have my cutting table back. I have planned to make a magnetic roman blind, to remove any risk of dog or child hanging themselves on the cord. Amazon sell magnetic tape if I can't find it anywhere else, and I just need a B&Q trip for the top dowel. I think I have everything else.Make £2025 in 2025- £751.88/£2025
