Feeling your pain. I'm exactly the same. My progress feels very slow and it will virtually stop for the next couple of months I think as we get Christmas underway and two of my jobs are seasonal so finish tomorrow until February. A lot of our "spare" moneys is also going towards searches and moving fees for my mum and dad at the moment. Fingers crossed we should be better off when they have moved closer to us though as at the moment we are spending a fortune on petrol doing the 95 mile round trip each week and lots of phone calls as well.

Its great the Ipad fund is progressing nicely and honestly both of you have done so well already. I hate being a grown up with all those necessary and unexpected bills which seem to be neverending :( Do you think we can all get a refund and go back to being little again ;)

I have managed to add a little but more into the pot today thanks to:-

£  69.22   Etsy funds (really pants sales this month and their fees are sooo high)
£    5.90    finally interest is being added to our joint bank account (not much but every penny counts)
    £163.30    wages from BK
    _______
    £238.42

So my total now currently stands at £8001.69/£37552 = 21.18%  <3

    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

oh I forgot that I had'nt posted on Monday the amount added from subscriptions and my cafe job wages - that's a nice little bonus ;)

£ 608.00 subscription cuts and our own mortgage
    £ 203.06 cafe wages

So my total now actually currently stands at £8812.75/£37552 = 23.43%  <3

I'm getting closer to 25% - only £587.25 to find to reach that milestone  :D

LOL about the 25%. I am saving for Xmas at the moment, £228.35 / £1000. I now have to have a figure to work towards, even if it is towards a spend!! Then MOT & service for the car in feb - another 1000 budget. Tax is covered.
