Finally I am able to declare the grand total of £32 has been added to the OP pot today
This is made of of website sales from my business
My total now stands at £33282.48/£47300 = 70.36%
Not much but at least my total is moving in the right direction againMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
Me again
the interest has just been paid on our savings accounts and this is getting used towards paying off the mortgage once the fixed rate finishes so I am declaring a further £389.04 towards my total
My total now stands at £33671.52/£47300 = 71.18%
That's moved me up almost another whole percent
I was hoping to get to 75% by the end of this year which now does not look likely as that will be £1803.48 to find which with Christmas fast approaching seems highly unlikely but I'm not going to say never until the year is over
Father Christmas may be kind to usMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -

Good morning.
It's my favourite day of the month - paydayAnd its hit my account nice and early today
So I can declare a further £605.93 added to the OP savings pot from my chippy wages for the month and another £10 from cashing out a £10 Amazon voucher from Prime Opinions.
So my total now stands at £34287.45/£47300 = 72.48%
That means in order to reach my 75% target by the end of this year I just need to find another £1187.55Not looking hopeful but it's not over until the end of the year so I will try and give everything a big last push
