After not posting for ages I'm now posting for the second time today :)

Just remembered that I had paid a cheque in from Royal Mail received as compensation for an order which went missing so as it has now cleared, I have just transferred £6.40 into the OP savings account. Small amounts today but they do all add up :)

So this takes my total now to £35282.50/£47300 = 74.59% :)

£192.50 short of that magic 75% figure now :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

So sorry its me again. I feel like I've hogged this thread and scared you all off - sorry x

I'm just quickly checking in before my chippy shift to declare a further £23 added to my OP savings pot made up of £15 from a FB sale, £7 from using Asda rewards vouchers and £1 from a parking voucher redeemed at Sainsburys today so I got free parking for two hours :)

My total now stands at £35305.50/£47300 = £74.64%

£169.50 away from that magic 75% figure now :)

My interest has been paid on the savings account for this month so I can declare £384.51 has been added into the OP savings account.

    This takes my total to £35690.01/£47300 = 75.45%  <3

I've managed to reach the 75% paid which I wanted to be at by the end of the year  <3<3<3

Fingers crossed I can take out the next 25% pretty quickly too :)

Knew I had forgotten something with the festivities of Christmas. I paid in three cheques on 21st December (claims for lost parcels from Royal Mail) and they have now cleared so have added a further £24.25 into the OP savings pot.

    Total now stands at £35714.26/£47300 = 75.50%  <3

Fantastic. I knew you would manage it. At the risk of being a bit presumptuous when you have been going full pelt already and done so well to get this far. 100% by summer solstice??? 😆 think that's the 21st June. Thought Easter at first but then realised that's a bit soon.
