    Morning all.

Finally back with a little bit of progress :)
    I'm declaring:-

Savings from subscriptions £258.00 (forgot to declare this on 1st)
Extra rent from property £75.00 (forgot to declare this on 1st)
    Interest earned Oct 23 £366.96
    Quidco cashback £5.34

    My total now stands at £31480.96/£47300 = 66.55%  <3

This brings me another % closer to my goal. It feels slow progress at the moment but at least we are still moving in the right direction so I'm trying to stay positive and celebrate all we have achieved so far  <3<3<3

    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02
  • Two thirds of the way. Well done. Everyone is doing so well. I'm still hovering where I was before but that's better than it going up so I'll take it.

    Mortgage Jan 18- 77224 May 25- just under 65k

June 25 Debts in my name only £5170. DH can't keep track...

Thank you. I hadn't thought about it like that. I was so focused on 75% being 3/4's there so thank you for making me feel like I have achieved more progress than I thought :)

You are doing amazingly well too - not increasing the debt when you have had lots to pay out for like uniform etc is a massive achievement so well done you too x

Its payday so I have managed to transfer £809.97 from my chip shop wages into the OP savings account and £750 from Hubby's OT this month into the savings pot which makes a further £1559.97 added :)

    My total now stands at £33040.93/£47300 = 69.85%  <3

I'm chasing down that 75% I am so desperate to reach but know it is going to be slow going for the next few months whilst we help family out with their financial burdens after the tragedies which have struck :(

    Hi everyone me again.

It's Etsy payday for me today so although I've had a really slow month, I have managed to add £184.05 into the OP savings pot so:-

    My total now stands at £33224.98/47300 = 70.24%  <3

I've just passed the 70% stage. My aim was to get to 75% by the end of this year which seems unlikely but still just about possible - I've just got to find another £2250.02 from somewhere  :s

    Me again - sorry.

Just checking in with another £25.50 added into the OP savings pot made up of payment from a wholesale customer for some stock which has sold (£15.50) and £10 from 2 NSD's (yesterday and today).

My total now stands at £33250.48/£47300 = 70.29%

Not reached another % yet but creeping up towards the next one slowly :)
