🤣🤣 I’ll have you know I once had a sequin boob tube back in the day 😆PennysIntoPounds said:Are you sure you're not just having an adverse reaction to the suggestion you wear the lurex crop top 😁
Hope the zinc helps, and take things as easy as you can, easier said than done I know
Will you keep putting the mortgage equivalent money into a 'mine all mine' retirement pot so you've got a wee sum to treat yourself when income is less?
I didn’t fetch the zinc in the end as it started raining. The plan is to jiggle a few pots about but save the majority.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
I think I’m starting to feel slightly better 🤞 I managed to go out with the dog this morning then after work did a Get Fit with Rick Christmas workout to get some steps in (yes too early I know 😬) followed by resistance bands. So I can’t be that bad. The sore throat is still there and I keep going hot and cold but that’s about it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Afternoon all.
WFH again today. Feeling a bit better than yesterday so heading in the right direction - what a weird bug, it hasn't really amounted to anything.
The Princ1pal1ty regular saver has matured today so the majority is in the current account with some kept back to go into the 6 months regular saver I recently opened. The matured pot balance is to be set aside for the home improvements planned. I need to remember to open up a new regular saver with them tomorrow if the interest rate is good.
Have just been out on the park with the dog. It's quite warm in the sun so I've just pegged out some washing. There's no Zumba tonight as the instructor is still poorly so I'm going to find a YT Zumba class to do later.
Need to decide what I want to make for tonight's dinner, need to look at what needs using up first.
Today will be NSD2 of November.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
SA - just a gentle finger wag but if you are currently as it sounds fighting off some sort of virus, take a few days off the exercise to give your body a fighting chance of the best recovery!

Cashed out £16.12 from PA. Have been a bit slow with surveys just lately as I seem to have lost my mojo with them. Has anyone else had to verify their ID with PA? They won’t let me take any more surveys without submitting my passport details and taking a selfie. The builder is coming tomorrow to look at the work I want doing.I feel almost back to normal tonight so I’m planning to head into the office tomorrow for a couple of hours or so. I could do with doing the Lidl! shop tomorrow as I’m out for lunch with work friends on Friday and don’t want to spoil a lovely lunch by having to food shop on the way home. We’re going to The Ivy, really looking forward to it.I ended up roasting an aubergine, courgette, red pepper, butternut squash and pink onion for tonight’s dinner and adding to a tin of chopped tomatoes, chickpeas and some random herbs and spices. It made 3 good portions so had one with 2 veggie sausages and the other 2 will do for lunches.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I got an email from PA today saying to be careful of phishing scams on the platform - "We have recently seen a rise in "phishing" attempts whereby someone pretends to be a trusted organisation and runs studies to try to gather personal or sensitive information from participants, such as copies of IDs, phone numbers and personal email addresses."
So maybe double check that it's legit!3
