Another working week done ✔️
Worked in the office, did 6 hours then finished for the day. Thank goodness for flexi time.Popped into Primani to replace a lovely candle I got from there a few weeks ago that actually filled the room with scent. Picked up 2 at £5 each and was very happy to find they’d been reduced to £3 each at the till. Might go back in on Monday for more as the candle smells amazing.Stopped at Lid! on the way home. Mr SA met me to take the shopping.Going to do a load of washing and set the dishwasher for the free electricity hour tonight. I usually go to bed just after 9 so don’t want to be leaving anything on charge, I’ll save that for the free 3 hours tomorrow.
Today’s exercise has been walking to/from work.I made a sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry for tonight’s dinner.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
What a bargain for a lovely thing. Definitely stock up on Monday if there are any left.
I can't recall who you buy for at Christmas but might be worth getting some for gifts too if you really rate themhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Morning all, happy Saturday 🥂
Got up early and enjoyed reading my book, practicing Spanish and a short meditation. The dog has cottoned on to the early morning coziness and has started getting up with me and bagging half the sofa.Managed a good hour before DD got up and started clanging around in the kitchen. Mr SA is still in bed.Plans for today are to go to the big Mr T then utilise the 3 hours free electricity in the best way I can. I also need to do a bit of gardening.Today’s exercise will be walking to/from Mr T which will be well over 10k steps, the dance challenge and gardening. Might add a stretching session on before I get in the bath.Tonight’s dinner is veggie kofta and salad.Prosecco in the fridge ready for Strictly 💃
Tomorrow afternoon is already earmarked for Hocus Pocus once I’ve caught up with the housework.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
I have the washer timer set for 12pm and then the dryer straight after as I am washing the bedding today. Might as well get as much as I can washed and dried whilst it is free.
Have a lovely day and evening with strictly and prosecco. Are you wanting anyone in particular to take over hosting?September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x2 -
I’m not really bothered about who hosts it. It’s the dancers and judges that make the show in my opinion. Hopefully they won’t draft in anyone unsuitable though. Ex-dancers or past contestants would be good.Willowtree222 said:I have the washer timer set for 12pm and then the dryer straight after as I am washing the bedding today. Finally I’ve got my favourite for Strictly although they’re all good so it was a difficult choice. I love La Voix so entertaining and that’s what it’s all about. Doubt he’ll win though. The dog has been super clingy today and I’ve spent a lot of time cuddling her. She sits on my knee more than the cats do.Picked up some more wine on 25% off from Mr T. Stocks were quite depleted on the ones that were reduced before the extra off.Didn’t get around to gardening in the end. It was too cold albeit very sunny. I really must try tomorrow before it rains.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Aw poor dog, have there been diwali fireworks nearby?
Excellent cellar restocking 🥂
We were just looking at our cellar (once we'd gone down the many stairs and brushed through the cobwebs and wiped some of the dust off the vintage labels with a spare silk cravat) and saying we didn't get any summer at all to drink the summery bottles we'd put aside for a picnic or two
Hope you have the time and weather for a bit of gardening tomorrow morning, the forecast is looking miserable here too
