Because they’ve been living together so long (12 years) they don’t really need anything. However on my suggestion they’re setting up a PayPal account so people can send money towards the honeymoon or something they need. I offered to pay for an aspect of the wedding as a present but they declined saying it’s all sorted.PennysIntoPounds said:
Ah that's nice they got the date that suited then. Do they have a Halloween etc wedding gift list?Sun_Addict said:
The Halloween wedding was planned. DIL is obsessed with Halloween, witchcraft, pagan stuff, etc.PennysIntoPounds said:£9 for a one-use face mask?! You'd best take your I.D next time you go to buy prosecco if it's claiming to be that good
I can't believe it's DS's wedding next week! Did they want a Halloween wedding or were they being mse as no-one else did?

Our family wedding over the weekend was very similar in that they've been together ages and don't need 'stuff' so contributions to a honeymoon were made.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)
