Thankfully we’re not going into the city centre but a small town about an hour’s walk away. It has an Asd@ so I can drop off the coffee pods for recycling.

    Morning all, happy Saturday 🥂

Enjoying the peace and quiet before Mr SA gets up. The dog was being a bed hog all night and is now being a sofa hog. I’m perched right on the end while she’s stretched out snoozing 😆

It’s raining at the moment but the forecast says it will stop around 9am which is when we should be setting out. So fingers crossed it stops or we won’t be able to go.

Today’s exercise will be walking to/from/round the town. Will definitely be in excess of 20,000 steps. A coffee and lunch stop are planned though. I need to make a list of things I can only get from Mr S as there’s a big one there. Turmeric tea and sauce flour for instance.

The dog will be on her own for a bit as DD is going to work. DD still isn’t speaking to me after I commented on the tower fan a week ago 😐

Tonight is pizza and Prosecco night 🥳

Don't forget the recent change to ISAs which mean that you can take some out & replace it as long as it is in the same tax year, that used to count as new money but it no longer does.  I did it last year & have already done the first bit this year.  Why is it fixed term accounts always end just too late to be useful?

Good trip prep. Sorry you won't have a bath. I know I would miss having one too...
