Your projected 2025 sounds brilliant - you have kept up long-term goals and are near to achieving others. There are holidays to look forward to! The mortgage is nearly gone and you can plan for retirement and all that lovely time when you have your morning coffee and read your book and don't have to go to work.

2024 had its awful moments and I'm glad they are in the past now. You won through those and came out the other side and I hope they fade into the background now.

Happy new year to you all!

2024 has been awful for so many people. You always hope for a better year but somehow doesn’t seem to happen. Sounds like a lovely year ahead for you SA, hopefully no dramas tho. I never make new year resolutions, why wait till then, start as soon as you decide to change something. I’ve had my chippy tea which was lovely, had a bath now in bed listening to the rain.

Happy new year to you and your family SA.x

Happy New Year @Sun_Addict. I don't usually comment but I always read your posts, and am in awe of all you achieve (sometimes I feel like I need to have a lie down when I read how many steps you have done!!!) Lots to look forward to in 2025 and it will be fab for you when the mortgage is cleared.

  • Happy new year, hope you had an uneventful night and no sleep walking, and hope you feel less bunged up.

i really enjoyed La Palma, even the dubbing didn’t put me off.

Your mini goals sound great, I love the idea and bet it’s really motivating. I might try that with my health and fitness, my motivation has gone out of the window….

Have a lovely NY day xx
