Glad you got to the fair.
That’s the problem with the paper bags sadly.

  • I always take a fold up bag everywhere with me. Love paper bags, but they definitely don't hold up very well.

Sounds like a really popular event.  Enjoy your new wine glass!
  • Sounds like a much better idea to stay in the warm and dry tonight. Its horrible and windy here and seems a much colder wind than we had over the weekend, even though its not as strong.  I plan to cuddle up under a blanket after dinner for an hour of TV and then an early night with my book.  Didn't sleep to well last night, so could do with an early night.

I sent my apologies to the group. As I said I’m not a key member so they don’t really need my input.

In the interests of using things up I’ve been working on using up several tiny phials of perfume I received as free samples. The one I wore today smelled awful, like fly spray! I can still smell it now even after showering.

I’ve now finished my Christmas present shopping so all that’s left to do is the wrapping.

Claimed my free 🐙 coffee this morning, currently £903 in credit but that will change when the next bill comes out as the heating has been on a fair bit.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Wow, that's a brilliant amount of credit. We only have £335 at the moment. This months reading/bill is due on 17th & that will probably halve it. Still at least we are away for a week at Christmas to make up a bit more
