Off into the city centre later to meet friends for lunch. Going to try and nip in the big Mr S first. If Mr SA gets up in time I’ll take the dog on the park with him before heading out.Today’s exercise will be walking to/from the city centre, GFWR day 10 and resistance bands.Tonight’s dinner is a portion of veg lasagne from freezer stocks with salad.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -

Had a lovely catch up with my friends 🙂
The city centre was really busy it was like everyone had taken Tuesday off.Mr SA had a bit of a moan when he realised I’m out with a different set of friends on Friday.Managed to get to the big Mr S but only bought noodles and turmeric tea bags.Back to the office tomorrow, today has thrown me out of synch so need a couple of normal days.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8
