That's Wednesday done.
Worked in the office until lunchtime then finished up at home. I didn't wake up until 5.30 this morning, I usually get up at 5 at the very latest. Not that it really matters what time I start work as we are on flexible working hours but I aim to start by 7.30 when I'm in the office so running late by my standards.
Stopped off at Lid! on the way home and picked up the free fruit item.
Quick mid-week finance check, paid off CC balance and sent an oddment of £6.40 to the Christmas 2025 pot. Moved the remnants of the Christmas 2024 pot to the current account, anything left over at the end of the year will be added to the 2025 pot.
Today's exercise was walking to/from work, GFWR day 11 in a bit and ClubFit at 6pm.
Tonight's dinner is African veggie stew with sweet potatoes and peanuts, although using peanut butter powder rather than actual peanut butter.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -

Morning all
WFH today and the last working day of the week for me. Had a nice leisurely start to the day reading and doing some Spanish lessons with a coffee, so nice not to have to rush about in the morning.
Today's exercise is dog walking later this morning, a lunchtime full body toning session, a strength and tone session at 5.30 and of course GFWR day 12.
Cleaning tasks are clean the bathroom, bedroom and do the ironing.
Tonight's dinner is the sweet potato stew I didn't make yesterday as I realised I didn't have time to make it as I need to make up a baharat spice mix for it first.
Other bits to do are more Spanish, surveys, finish my book and the last bit of a magazine that I seem to have been reading forever.
No idea how I'm going to fit all this in around work 🤣
It was the 0ct0pus energy saving hour last night, didn't really make that much effort with it although DD cooked her dinner at 5 and I didn't cook ours until 7 so might have saved a little bit of energy.
I've got another small Mr M delivery coming at lunchtime, I had another £10 off voucher so have saved £55 on my two deliveries this week.
Also having my nails done at 4pm ready for party season 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
