    I hope you first went on a training course & have a certificate confirming your attendance & that you now know how to lift & extend a tape measure correctly. I hope you paid particular attention to the Health & Safety part of the module, especially 'How not to put someone's eye out with a tape measure' & safe storage procedure under lock & key in a man-box after use.

    I think your tape measure may be off having a party somewhere with the THREE I can't find. Very wise of Mr SA to keep his locked up, as they have form for wandering off when you need them.

    Good call cancelling the appliance insurance. It's never a good deal and you have plenty of savings should you need to replace an appliance.
