Yes @Sun_Addict gently does it! You do so much every day that it will be a shock but looking at the weather, an ideal duvet day. Love Humdinger xx2

I still feel rough but at least have managed a small lunch. Mr SA feels achy and has gone back to bed. The poor dog hasn’t been out yet as neither of us feel up to it. I’m sure she’ll survive a day without the park.I managed to clean the bathroom earlier but don’t feel like making soup or lasagne at the moment so not making use of the free energy hour.I’m very rarely ill so it feels very strange not being able to do much.At least it’s another NSD. Which reminds me the builder should be finished tomorrow so must make sure there’s enough in the current account to pay him. I had a letter yesterday to say my Princip@lity RS matures on 4 November so need to make sure it goes straight to the current account and closes.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Don't want to jinx it but other than a sore arm yesterday I've had no ill effects from my flu jab on Friday.
I don't think I would have another covid jab after the last one either. I felt terrible the day after I had it. It was worse than the subsequent dose of Covid I got!1 -
Hope you are feeling better SA and managed to have had a relaxing day, that’s if Mr SA behaved himself. I’m another one who has decided to pass on the Covid jab, just debating if I want the flu jab, have to pay for it, if I do. Have made cheese and broccoli soup today, not usually a soup person but am trying to cut down on the amount of sandwiches I eat, could live on bread alone. Also I help look after one of the planters our village have and today planted it up with reduced price pansies, looks lovely.x

I may as well have had the Covid jab for how I feel. Not sure if whatever I’ve got is caused by the flu jab or whether I’ve picked up a bug. I keep getting sharp pains in my stomach every so often that’s affecting my appetite
but not being sick or anything just feeling carp. I ended up making the lasagne and had a very small portion with a bit of salad but to be honest it wouldn’t have bothered me if I had nothing.Mr SA took the dog out as he perked up a bit.The only other thing I can put it down to is that I picked up lunch from Gr&ggs on the way back yesterday as Mr SA was hungry and it was past lunchtime. He had a cheese salad baguette and sausage roll and I had an onion bhaji with rice salad box. Probably more likely to be the flu jab though although I’ve never had side effects before 🤔I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
