    She's in the best place and will be kept an eye on, though as you say, suddenly losing a colleague is bound to have affected how she feels. I wonder if this episode is showing up something that's been leaking away for a little while (hence the anaemia), in which case you know that she can function with it happening but also of course, that the anaemia can be treated. Poor lass (and you and the rest of the family), what a stress.
