Poor DD. after doing so well for quite a while. Its obviously not resolved. She must be quite nervous.

Thank you all for the good wishes. I've spoken to her and she's on a ward while they're doing tests. She's getting really stressed as a work colleague passed away suddenly about 3 weeks ago, she'd only seen him the day before at work and he was fine. It's making her overthink things. 

The builder has been and said not to get DD's room painted and floored before he builds the wardrobes as there's a chance they'll get damaged as the sheets of wood are so large. So that's that idea kyboshed, glad I asked though. I've booked a skip to arrive next Friday and will message the painter this afternoon to give him a heads up I'll be needing him in the next few weeks. 

So we are back to plan A of DD moving her bed into the living room. I might be able to fit my desk and maybe a bookcase in there as well as her bed is the only item of furniture she's keeping. 

I've been dithering about fixing the gas/electricity and I've made the decision and done it today. Next on the list is to  haggle with VM or find someone else to switch to. Maybe it's about time for a change.

DD has been admitted to a proper ward. She has severe anaemia again so is back on the iron infusions. She’s to have tests tomorrow to see if the aneurysm is back. She seems ok otherwise. 

In other news, had my nails done for tomorrow. Also the painter is coming tomorrow to quote so Mr SA will have to be in charge 😱 Mr SA wants me to write down what I want doing.

She's in the best place and will be kept an eye on, though as you say, suddenly losing a colleague is bound to have affected how she feels. I wonder if this episode is showing up something that's been leaking away for a little while (hence the anaemia), in which case you know that she can function with it happening but also of course, that the anaemia can be treated. Poor lass (and you and the rest of the family), what a stress.

Have a really good day tomorrow (look at you, so smart!) and smooth journeys. (The key is where he put it - perhaps write that on a card by the kettle?)

Sorry to hear that DD has had another flare up.  Hope she gets good care and treatment.

Hope all goes well for your DD, in the best place but still a worry as a parent. Will be interesting to hear what the quote will be with Mr SA in charge. Enjoy tomorrow.xx
