You're doing well firing on any cylinders at all.
When you have a tiny bit of energy spare please do look into the extra carer/companion options people have suggested and nag health care providers.
It's not right you're constantly and consistently dealing with all of this by yourself. You're amazing but there's only so much a person can take.
Maybe you could start a pot while you're still working that is 'Sun Addict's b*ggering off for an afternoon or even staying a night elsewhere (that is within genuine emergency reach) pot'?2 -
Hope DD is OK and she starts to feel better.
I also hope you manage to get some time as well.
Sorry your morning started so difficult. It must be so hard dealing with constant difficulties. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Sorry I missed your post about DD. I think I was writing my reply to your earlier one when you posted. I hope she has something for the pain, and that the nurse has been able to help.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

The Alpro coconut is nice in porridge for me as I don’t like the taste of real milk. I used it to make the white sauce for my lasagne the other day too. So I definitely got my money’s worth out of it 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Morning all.
Have been up and about for ages so read my book with a coffee then completed my Spanish challenges for the day. Had a really vivid dream last night that I was in a pub with Mr SA and someone stole my purse. Was so relieved to wake up and find out it wasn't true. Can only think the hidden meaning behind this is SIL trying to get me to spend every last penny on a stairlift and downstairs loo!
Checked banking and transferred an oddment of £6.40 to the Christmas pot. Moved £50 from the birthday pot to the current account so I can draw out cash to put inside DGS's birthday card as he doesn't know what he wants. It might well be another NSD as we don't need anything today.
Today's exercise plans minimum of 15,000 steps and Zumba at 6pm. Will take the dog on the park later this morning once Mr SA is up and had his breakfast.
Tonight's dinner is leftover lasagne from the weekend with salad. There's a portion of dhal left from last night so might have that for lunch as there's no room in the freezer.

It ended up being a spends day as Mr SA has already used the two lip balms I bought him less than a week ago! I decided to turn this into a walk to the big Mr T with the plastic recycling to try and save me going there on Saturday. DD asked me to pick up some fruit and flavoured water for her and I also replaced the storage baskets I donated to the cause of tidying up her room.
DD seems a little brighter but is hardly eating anything. She had some soup last night and now she has the fruit. The hospital have called her in for yet another scan on Friday. Hopefully they won't keep her in after this one.
Mr SA seems a fair bit better and is moving about more but is still quite confused.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8
