The recipe looks my sort of thing. I've copied it down to try when we get back.
Me too - picked up some Alpro coconut drink from @sda this evening so I can give it a go.

sorry to hear DD is feeling poorly SA - hope she turns a corner soon. And that you all have uneventful days upcoming with no hospitals etc

You're doing well firing on any cylinders at all.
When you have a tiny bit of energy spare please do look into the extra carer/companion options people have suggested and nag health care providers.
It's not right you're constantly and consistently dealing with all of this by yourself. You're amazing but there's only so much a person can take.
Maybe you could start a pot while you're still working that is 'Sun Addict's b*ggering off for an afternoon or even staying a night elsewhere (that is within genuine emergency reach) pot'?

Hope DD is OK and she starts to feel better.

I also hope you manage to get some time as well.

Sorry your morning started so difficult. It must be so hard dealing with constant difficulties. X

Sorry I missed your post about DD. I think I was writing my reply to your earlier one when you posted. I hope she has something for the pain, and that the nurse has been able to help.

The Alpro coconut is nice in porridge for me as I don’t like the taste of real milk. I used it to make the white sauce for my lasagne the other day too. So I definitely got my money’s worth out of it 😆

Hope everyone is heading in the right direction and feeling a tad better. Are you having to make food for Dd too…..I think you said she usually takes care of herself. Sending lots of positive vibes of recovery your way.
