I agree with @Cherryfudge, think incontinence pads maybe the way to go. If he is feeling ill, there is no way he will ask for a urinal in time and will keep having accidents. Or they may have to use a catheter for a while.  Hope his medication kicks in soon and he feels better.
Glad to hear that your line manager is being supportive.

Oh no, that's not what anyone wants. I hope the tablets help soon. Is there any news on how your brother in law is doing?

Water tablets... maybe suggest/provide incontinence pads? I know he may be resistant but the nurses might back you up on that one.

A trip in with boxers will enable you to speak to the staff if that would help you, and save you a journey tomorrow with the changes of clothing. There doesn't seem to be such a thing as a day off, does there?
BIL is a lot better he even went to visit Mr SA yesterday. Obviously he's a lot more mobile than Mr SA.

Mr SA is already wearing incontinence pads thankfully. I think he'll be fine with those and a gown. Will be easier to keep him clean and dry rather than the endless layers of clothes he's insisting on.

Glad you are having a productive day. What recipe do you use for the banana loaf? Last one I tried was a different one and turned out a bit stodgy.

Hope both the patients have a good night tonight.
well done on the award nomination.  If it was a public vote all your MSE fans would be sending their votes on a postcard just like voting for our favourites on Opportunity Knocks all those years ago.  Your vote counts folks!  I even used to clap very loudly to try to influence the clap o meter 🤦‍♀️ (was quite a young child at the time)
