There is absolutely no way he’s getting a new phone. The one he has is perfectly adequate for his needs. I don’t care how much he pesters this time it will fall on deaf ears. I feel like the buckaroo donkey game one more thing piled on me … There’s only so much I can take.I made a chickpea, tomato and spinach curry for my dinner tonight and it was lovely, a Joe Wicks recipe. Pink Prosecco has just been opened so that’s me asleep in half an hour 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Good for you SA, although I think he's probably forgotten what the word 'No' means

A fancy phone could only lead to more problems if he wanted to link the apps to your card for purchases. Best he be steered away from those completely 😖 Could you tell him he needs to save up from his pocket money? A hundred years should just about do it!Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Glad DD feels a bit better. Hope they'll find out what the problem is next week.
We got a cordless vac when I broke my wrist last year. It is amazing. Can do the whole house so quickly and it picks up so well.Making the debt go down and savings go up

You couldn’t make it up. Had to call an ambulance for Mr SA in the early hours. His man flu took a turn for the worse and he was struggling to breathe. He tried to sit up and fell out of bed, banging his head on the bedside table as he fell. This knocked over his urinal so it was wet everywhere. The ambulance came quite quickly and he’s been taken into hospital. He’s got a really high temperature, they think he has an infection. So 3 ambulances to our house in the last 7 days and 2 in hospital! The ambulance crew remembered Mr SA from a few weeks ago.Well I said it would be nice to have the house to myself for a few hours!I’m just so exhausted by all this 😞I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Hugs. Hope both of the hospitalized ones get the care they need and come home - after you have had a little rest though. They keep sending my roommates home too fast so I don't get any quiet time in there.2

Oh no SA. There is no let up for you is there.I would suggest a few days oof work with stress but that would mean you have Mr SA 24 hours a day. assuming they dont keep him in hospital. Try to look after yourself. I am sending virtual hugs.

Oh my word, poor you. ...and poor Mr SA as well. Wonder if he picked up some virus on the plane on way home? Could be covid maybe?
You definitely need a few days off work. You can't cope with all this.

Oh no. So sorry to hear this @Sun_Addict. It is the last thing you need at the moment & it's definitely time you got a break. It's possible an infection might have been picked up on the plane. My friends both had an awful bout of covid a few months ago from a flight they took just before. Whatever it is, he is better off in hospital while they sort him out. In the meantime, I'm hoping there are some better days on the horizon with your name on them.
