SA I am so sorry that things are very stressful at th moment. It is hard enough for you without the lack of understanding and empathy from Mr SA.Hopefully the hospital will be able to properly traet your dd this time and you will be able to visit her to reassure yourself even though you know she is in the right place.I am not surprised you havent done much as stress takes away any semblance of being able to achieve properly as your mind will be elsewhere. I think you should visit dd asap just to assure yourself she is ok. We never stop worrying about our children bno matter how old they are.2

Sorry to read that your daughter has been readmitted to hospital. I hope they get to the bottom of things this time and don't send her home again without an answer. At least you are at home now and don't have the added worry of how your pets were. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome.2

I hope they have checked for stomach ulcers. That was my problem and I was so tired all of the time. My hemoglobin level fell very low - had to have three pints of blood.2

Morning everyone. Happy Saturday.Took the soft plastic recycling to the big Mr T first thing after being woken up at 5.30 by the young cat constantly meowing. Came back home and did my Zumba class. Now having a coffee before taking the dog on the park.Weighed myself to see the holiday damage and it’s only 1.5lbs on so quite pleasantly surprised. Some of that might be down to getting my appetite back since returning home.I have a story re holiday weight gain. Several years ago we went to Cyprus for 2 weeks, I went in the hotel gym every morning at 7am, I did the water aerobics every day and I kept doing the water run up a steep hill. I tried to eat as healthily as possible. Anyway went I went back to WW and weighed in I’d put on 5lbs. I was so shocked I had to buy myself a pair of sandals and matching handbag from Cl@rkes as a consolation 🤣 This was back in my spendy days it wouldn’t happen now.Going to phone DD soon, she specified not too early.DS and the GKs are coming later. Will be good to see them.Oh and Mr SA has got man flu 😬I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11

Still, obviously you needed the sandals and handbag because that really helps with weight.
Sorry about the man flu. Buy him some lip balm? A beer?
Enjoy the family visits later, and I hope DD is doing okay.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

DD is fine and feeling slightly better. She doesn’t think any tests will be done until after the bank holiday.I’ve ordered a 🦈 cordless vacuum cleaner from QVC deal of the day. Been thinking about getting a cordless one for some time and it will hopefully make life a bit easier for me. It will stop me shouting at the cord when it gets stuck under doors or pings out of the plug socket if nothing else 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
