SA I hope she is seen to quickly and they find out what is causing it what a worry2

Mums have their uses.
Getting your daughter suitably equipped for hospital isn't the one anyone would choose, but it will have been a better experience for her than the last one. I hope they can soon get her sorted out and properly home.
Also hoping Mr SA's call is useful. Is this follow-up from the people he saw just before your holiday or are you still waiting for that?
And the garden probably is lovely, you put a lot of work in there. Of course it's growing madly, but that's spring for you. It's beautiful mad growth.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Its tough being pulled in different directions SA but I think you are less 'cut off' in hospital these days with mobile phones and more flexible visiting and you can be hanging around like a spare part as the plus one in the early part of an admission. You know her best too. I would just say allow yourself some budget for taxis so quick and easy access is there for you when you need it.
That doesn't stop you being worried of course but you are nothing if not pragmatic about where to allocate your practical skills.
Probably worth re-visiting what emergency care options are available for Mr SA in the not too distant future. I don't know how long it is since you had a needs assessment from social services and looked into what things would work. I know he resists everything but something has to give for you soon. I'm navigating carers for my mum at the moment for the first time. Some of the discussions lead me to think there are options which you don't really hear about until you ask. I'd think something like a once a week sitter for an afternoon from a company you could then call on for extra if needed would be a great start. Your head's probably close to spinning at the moment with your lengthy to do list but you really really need some reliiablle respite soon.3 -
I need to do when I’m stressed as I go into pacing mode so I’ve got loads of washing and ironing done. Also cut the grass and got all the garden cushions out. The hanging egg chair is also back out. Went to sit in it for a breather only to find the young curled up asleep in it.The weather has been gorgeous, really warm. Finally!!Can you believe the GP phoned Mr SA while I was cutting the grass and he didn’t tell me until afterwards. They want him to have a bone scan and he’s refused 😐 Not the blood test results we were expecting anyway. Not heard anything from DD yet so will give her a call later if I don’t.I can see me ending up as a carer for DD as well as Mr SA at this rate.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Oh no. Not what you wanted to hear from Me SA either. Why on earth did he refuse the bone scan.

What an awful lot of sh*t. I'm sorry. Please tell us if there's anything at all we can do to lighten your load.
At least the hanging egg chair is being appreciated!2 -

Heard from DD, she’s still waiting for a bed. She’s having another camera down her throat and a scan on her pancreas with a biopsy if they find something. The paramedics left her discharge notes on the table and there are a few things she didn’t tell me including biopsies taken from a few places and they found a lesion at the neck of her pancreas. She was due to go back in 2 weeks for pancreas investigation but it’s being brought forward.I was trying to explain this to Mr SA and his response was he couldn’t find his bracelet anywhere and could I bring him a beer 😡I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

I'm so sorry. That must be so frustrating for you especially as its something so trivial.
Hopefully they find the cause and can really treat her this time.
Hope you're OK too. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
