He’s been happy today as he’s cadged some fake ray bans and has been happy with me finding an app on my iPad that has Smooth Chill. The replacement scooter has been mostly fine apart from a couple of dodgy moments when it was more user error 😬Walked down to the harbour/old town this morning and had a coffee followed by gin of the day and lunch in one of our favourite lunchtime stops. The afternoon was spent at the apartment, just getting ready to go out for an Indian.Weather is very hot and sunny ☀️ 32 today. Cools down once it gets dark though and you need a light jacket.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11

Hola! Not waking up until 7am which is nice. Probably because it’s still dark until then. Had about 30 minutes grace before Mr SA got up already dressed and ready to go out!I think we might walk to the airport today to watch the planes land and take off. It’s scary and exciting at the same time and I’m always convinced the planes are going to land on top of me 🤣
We’ll stop for a coffee on the way there and lunch on the way back. It’s a long walk so will be ready to flop on a sun bed later. What I like about these apartments is there’s no one reserving them with their towels, each room has their own and it’s never busy round the pool. The Indian meal last night was gorgeous. Will definitely be back on the boot camp challenge when I get home especially as it’s only 9 weeks until Ibiza.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
That sounds a brilliant plan for the day. Definitely enjoy all the lovely food while you can 😁☀️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Unfortunately today has not gone to plan big time. DD is in hospital and it’s not sounding good. She possibly has internal bleeding. She has severe anaemia and has already had a blood transfusion. She is seeing a specialist later to find out where the bleeding is coming from. She was taken into hospital in the early hours so the dog and cats have been on their own without food for over 12 hours. DS is on his way over to ours and will feed the cats and take the dog home with him. He will come back once a day to feed the cats. He’s spoken to the doctor and it’s very unlikely DD will be let out this weekend.I’m really shocked at the moment. We’ve just been out for lunch but I hardly touched mine. I can’t eat when I’m stressed. I feel like getting a flight straight home but DS said he’ll sort things it’s only for 4 days.So worried 😢I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Prayers for DD, and for you. Such a strain knowing that DD is in hospital and you can't be with her. Try to be reassured that DS will alert you if he/the medicos think you should come home immediately. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?2

Just spoken to DD and she’s having a camera down her throat this afternoon to look for where the bleeding is coming from. They think it’s her stomach. She has now had two transfusions. 🤞🙏
I can’t settle until I know the dog and cats are ok and know more about what’s wrong with DD. I just feel really sick with worry 😞I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
