Happy Sunday! 

The ceiling is fine. Some water from DD’s bath had gone down a gap where you turn the knob to pop the plug up and down in the bath. She let some water out and it stopped. The knob sometimes comes adrift and reveals a gap if you’re not careful. 

It was raining until late morning so got quite a few indoor jobs done then took the soft plastic recycling to the big Mr T. The dog came with us and we stopped off at the park on the way home. 

Not a NSD as I picked up some Easter eggs for the GKs while I was in Mr T. 

This morning I was very productive and made spiced courgette soup, banana bread and roasted some butternut squash. I found a tiny few out of date (2021) walnuts so chopped them into the banana bread. It will be pot luck if anyone gets any in their slice 😆

After lunch I set Mr SA to potting on the sugar snap peas, mangetout and butternut squash. It’s taken him ages but kept him occupied. Have planted more seeds in the propagator to keep them going. 

DD went to work this morning but was sent home as she’s still poorly. Goodness knows why she attempted to go.

Today’s exercise has been walking to/from Mr T just over 11k steps as it’s a fair distance. Going to do a yoga back stretch session shortly before having a long soak in the bath with a face pack.

Tonight’s dinner is spiced butternut squash stew with herb “dumplings” to use up some slightly out of date natural yoghurt. 

Looking forward to find out what next week’s WW boot camp challenge is later. I really enjoyed taking part this past week and it’s sparked my motivation.

That's Monday done. 

Worked in the office all day today, just about to log off. Didn't get the opportunity between meetings/tasks to have the time to walk home and log back on there hence staying all day. Also didn't really get a proper lunchbreak but that couldn't be helped. 

It won't be a NSD as I need to stop by at Lid! on the way home.

Today's exercise is walking to/from work and a live hooping class at 6pm. 

Tonight's dinner is a portion of butternut squash dhal left over from Saturday. 

Will do some Spanish learning and see if there are any surveys kicking around once I get home. 

It's all go 🤣

Forgot to say I picked up my free coffee from Gr£ggs courtesy of 🐙 on the way to work. I think I’ve got the hang of this free coffee lark now 😆

Mr SA 😞 Got home to coffee spilled on the kitchen worktop plus inside the microwave. Finally sat down tonight and noticed the living room floor was wet. “Oh that’s where I spilled my beer” said Mr SA 😬 So that was me back up again to fetch the mop. 

Finalised the Mr M delivery for tomorrow and as I’ve got £50 off in vouchers decided to split it £25 this week and £25 next week. 

DD went back to work today although I heard her coughing in the night. She’s not back home yet so assume she must be feeling a bit better.
