@makingabobor2 I have some retired friends in their 70s who are very fit and healthy, still going to the gym and enjoying life. That’s how I plan to be. I can’t access any pension funds until state pension age so that’s when I’ll be going.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

I had a flurry of productivity after I finished work and gave the kitchen a good clean including cleaning the tops of the cupboards I didn’t get around to on Sunday. I also sorted out my cookbooks and tidied them up.I also made another vegan banana loaf from the BBC GF app as it was so delicious last time, even Mr SA enjoyed it. I halved the sugar this time and it’s just as good.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Morning all, happy hump day.
The dog got me up at 4.30 this morning so I decided to stay up rather than go back to bed for 15-30 minutes. This meant I had time to read my book with a coffee before getting ready. I got to work for 7am and got caught in a crush of people desperate to get in 😆 I had to fight my way through the people waiting for the lifts to get to the stairs!
I've got a really busy morning so will be mainly be fuelled by coffee. I plan to leave at 1pm and finish up the afternoon from home.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and Zumba at 6pm.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of lentil stew from the freezer with herb "dumplings".
Finance-wise an oddment of £9.00 has been sent to the Christmas pot. It won't be a NSD as I need to stop off at Lid! on the way home.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
