It is very sad, & awful.how some families often seem to have more than their share of tragedy.

I'm so sorry for your cousin and your family too. I have no idea why so many bad things happen to good people.

That's Monday done. Worked in the office today until lunchtime and finished up at home.

Generated the QR code for the free coffee from Octopus before I set out this morning but Greggs were saying I'd already redeemed the code. They kindly let me have the coffee for free anyway and I checked the T&Cs when I got into the office and it's definitely one per week so this is very strange. This is what puts me off claiming these sort of things.

Picked up my jacket from MnS on the way home and also a free loaf courtesy of the Sparks app. I love the jacket, it's a lovely shade of blue. Mr SA started making noises about me getting a new jacket and not him so had to remind him this was purchased with a gift voucher and actually only cost me £4 and if he thinks he can find a brand new jacket for £4 then he's welcome to try 🙄

The window cleaner came today and cleaned the gutters. He only charged £10 to do them plus he fixed a part that was twisted.

I had a couple of things in my online basket over the weekend from M*st H@ve 1deas but didn't check out as I thought I had a discount code somewhere which I couldn't find in the end. This morning they emailed me with a code for free P&P if I checked out today so that's saved me £3.99.

Stopped off at Lid! on the way home for some 50% fat cheese and lip balms for Mr SA. I'm not very impressed with the free bakery items that's the third time I've "won" something I don't like, all sweet pastries. No point picking them up just because they're free if no one will eat them.

Today's exercise was walking to/from work and I'm going to give the live hooping class at 6pm another go.

Tonight's dinner is left over curry from Friday with rice.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
