  • Is it worth getting Mr SA's ankle checked out? A friend of mine had a fall a few weeks ago and when his ankle swelled up, they thought it looked like possible DVT and he had to have a scan. Turned out to just be a deep Haematoma, but worth getting it checked. He was told to rest it above his heart and put ice on it.

    I always used to take the 10pm - 11 pm slot from Ocado as it was free - they always phoned about 8.30 to ask if they can deliver early
