Are you still in touch with the carers group? You really need some respite no matter what Mr SA wants. I think its time you looked after you .

Get yourself down to your GP or mental health nurse if the practice has one. It's something that needs attention and the fact you've mentioned increased concerns recently over how he presents (falls, sleepiness) shows you are always having to be vigilant, which in the longer term isn't sustainable without it affecting you.
Having to WFH to keep an eye on him is taking away the outlet that helped you keep going, so that needs to be mentioned too.

I'm surprised you have gone on this long SA without feeling like you do now. I'm sure your employers have Employee Assistance package and that includes helping with mental health . Could be worth giving them a call , I needed them once and the help I got was invaluable to my situation.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Just wanted to thank you for letting us know about Zumba. I was doing a crossword last night & would never have known the answer. It was an alphabetical one so all answers in order A to Z. When I got to Z all I could think of that fitted was rumba - then daylight dawned.

I wonder if the falls assessment could be tied in to some respite care somehow?
I have no idea how you have coped for so long, however it does seem that Mr Sa’s episodes are getting more frequent which has meant you working from home more often & for longer periods without getting out & interacting with other people. That too can bring you down.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j3 -
I am not surprised your MH is suffering SA. I think it is a wonder you generally sound so upbeat given all you have to cope with. If you don't look after yourself you won't be able to look after Mr SA so if it is getting to the point you cannot leave him even for work maybe exploring some respite care would be a good idea. The carers support group also seems a good idea.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. You do such a lot to look after MrSA, work full time and run your household single-handedly. It sounds like it's a good time to get some support for yourself. You deserve a few hours to yourself when you are confident that MrSA is being looked after so that you can relax in whatever way you chose. Another vote for you seeking support for yourself.2
