Unfortunately one of the things that many people with ABI display is negative behaviours intensify as I am sure you know. Whether he can control this I don't know.2

Or get a duplicate set of keys he doesn't know about and keep them in your purse.4

So sorry your struggling SA it is hard . I to am finding it very hard with hubby's fast progressing alzheimers. But I do gave sitters twice a week for 3hrs through carers association.
I am also very lucky stepson gives me a weekend off every couple months.
Mind you that might stop after last weekend didn't go well. Hubby said that carer was too bossy !!
Please take care without some help I know I couldn't do it. Time to ourselves is essential xx2 -
Morning all almost the weekend again, this week has flown by.
WFH again today although I do plan to go into the office tomorrow. This is the last time I WFH all week when Mr SA has his Sunday fall. If I'm tired it'll be just the Monday for my own purposes not for his. I don't think he deliberately falls over as such but I think because he doesn't want me to leave him it makes him careless and he puts himself in danger. I think 90% of his falls are preventable.
Thank you for all the comments, definitely going to get a spare key cut and keep it in my work bag just in case. That has got to be a deliberate thing he did putting my keys in his coat pocket, it wasn't a mistake.
Got a long meeting this morning, not taking minutes but have a slot on the agenda so need to stay awake 😆 Need to make sure I don't get any actions assigned to me too.
I'm just 10p away from being able to cash out £25 on Opinium. Also got around £22 so far in PA to cash out at the end of the month.
Exercise plan today is dog walking before the meeting this morning, Pilates at lunchtime and Zumba after work.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of aubergine curry from freezer stocks. The small freezer desperately needs defrosting so I'm on a mission to empty it. Thankfully the main freezer is frost free.

Delurking to wish you strength and rest SA. I took some time off work with stress / fatigue 18 months ago linked to caring responsibilities. It was my first sickness like that in 22 years, and I put it off for ages, struggling on. I am so glad I finally took the time and it was a help to spend energy on and by myself, where I got windows from the care issues, just being able to go for a walk etc. I went back when I was stronger and the situation had stabilised and it was like nothing had changed at all, in a good way.
I've recently had some challenges again post bereavement and with ongoing care responsibilities for the other parent. This time I spoke to occ health and the doctor before I needed to go off sick and got a 'phased return' type arrangement in place to keep me at work without going off sick. It reduces my hours, provides a recovery day and provides some allowances - longer breaks, not travelling for work. I've altered it this week to increase the hours and allow for travelling to reduce isolation from the team, but to recognise thay travel demands will have an impact on fatigue, etc. Just sharing in case this is a helpful halfway step for you. With my employer this type of arrangement doesn't count as sick leave.5 -

The young cat has caught another wood pigeon 🙁 The lawn is full of feathers. She came in for food at lunchtime with feathers in her whiskers and between her paws 😩 I’ve sent Mr SA out with a rake to clear it up.Finally cashed out £25 from Opinium 🥳
I’ve had an invite to meet up with work friends for lunch in a couple of weeks so that will be nice.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
@Sun_Addict, how long did it take you to get to the £25 with them. I have just signed up with them and they seem to say you are likely to get 3 or 4 a month at 50p each....seems like a long time to cash out....lolMaking the debt go down and savings go up
