I think I’d be mentioning to Mr SA that if the falls continue, a care home will probably be the best place for him to live.

Sending hugs to you SA x
I’ve told him this is what will happen if he keeps ending up in A&E.

Good for your dgds mum. If more parents did their research there wouldn't be as much of a problem.

Our dog doesn't like other dogs either. He is very much a person dog!
  • Hi SA. I am back and catching up. I’m so glad to see you are still planning holidays and so sorry to see that Mr SA’s falling and manipulation is no better. I have my keys attached to an extendable clip sewn into my handbag (like one of those lanyard extenders). That’s just because I’m a bit ocd about where my keys are, but I think that would work well for you. You can unclip them if you aren’t taking your bag…but the clip is fiddly enough to stop them being quickly hidden.
I have everything crossed there is no falling tonight ⭐️

Fingers crossed tonight is a fall-free zone at your house, @Sun_Addict. Beer rations may need reducing if balance is a problem. That might serve as a useful threat!

Beer rationing has been in place for some time now 🙂
