I’ve said this to him before and how he wouldn’t be able to afford it if he lived on his own. He takes no notice whatsoever.

Well I feel awful after this vaccination. Really achy like I’m coming down with something. I’ve just done Zumba but my legs felt like jelly. Hopefully the feeling will disappear overnight. The nurse said no side effects other than a sore arm, I’ve heard that one before.
Mr SA is in a huff and not speaking to me 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
Sounds like time for a bubble bath and an early night. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Morning all, happy Friday eve.
WFH today thank goodness. There's no way I could've gone into the office today I feel terrible. Everything hurts even my hands. I put some body lotion on after my shower this morning and even that hurt. According to the NHS website these are normal side effects after the shingles vaccine and will disappear in 2-3 days. It shows you immune system is working as it should apparently. This is why I stopped having the Covid jabs, even though I'm still eligible as a carer, they wiped me out for a good two days. And I've got to do it all again in 6 months!
Provided I feel better later, today's exercise plan is a short yoga session, dog walking later this morning, strength training at lunchtime and Zumba tonight. I will listen to my body though and won't do any of this if need be.
Tonight's dinner is stir fry.
It should be a NSD as we don't need anything and I've no plans to go anywhere.
In gardening news, my seeds have started to sprout on the dining room windowsill and the beach grass seeds I brought back from Ibiza are growing really well and have started to flower.
I still haven't received an envelope for the gold so have chased this up as it said they'd send it within 2 working days and I ordered it on 3 March. I'm just double checking I didn't opt for the use my own packaging option by mistake.
Things I need to do:
Book in gas boiler service - got the email to book a service the day after I'd had it repaired.
Mr SA's phone insurance has been cancelled by the insurers - I guess they're fed up of constantly replacing his phone. It's worthwhile looking for another insurer with him being so careless.
I still need to contact a tree surgeon to trim the large fir tree by the pond. I know it's nesting season now so they probably won't touch it but it would be good to get a quote and a date booked for later in the year. Mr SA is dead against this as he says it's throwing money away. He seems to think I can tackle it with the little tree pruning knife I bought from Am@zon!

Hope the side effects subside today.

2) To read 50 books (5/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg1 -
The after effects of your vaccination sound horrible, I hope they are soon gone. Meanwhile stay away from that tree with your pruning knife!

I have had the shingles vaccine twice with no side effects, but maybe that's because I've had shingles twice. I was a teenager the first time & only had it mildly, but I was 70 the second time & it made me very ill for about a week. I think the reaction to the vaccine is preferable.
