I've always had a trouble with falling asleep watching TV. I always have to do something else too. The better the programme the more likely I am to fall asleep which can be a little annoying. It seems to be all about relaxation.

’I Swear’ is on my list to see but can’t work out how to watch it via Prime without paying an arm and a leg.

I agree with FG's comments. I don't know how you stay awake. You are up early and on the go all the time.

Afternoon all
Thank you all for your comments. I know I try to pack too much into one day and it's no surprise I'm exhausted by the time I sit down. During the week I'm up around 4.30 as I need to leave the house just after 6 the days I'm in the office. Last night I started to watch Batch from Scratch and could feel my eyes getting heavy 10 minutes into the programme. I only saw bits of it.
Worked in the office until lunchtime then caught the bus home as I had a Mr M delivery arriving at lunchtime and wanted to make sure I was back home in time.
Mr SA has had his letter confirming Monday's scan and he's to have no alcohol for 24 hours prior to the appointment, no food 4 hours prior and no drinks 2 hours prior. Reminded him he'll have to get up early if he wants his morning coffee but he won't be able to have his pile of toast unless he gets up at 5.
I've managed to pack him off out with the dog as he was hovering around the Mr M delivery hoping to catch a glimpse of beer and I wanted to get it hidden while he was out of the way as he's not managed to discover this particular hiding spot.
I'm glad I pegged out the washing before I went to work as the weather has been gorgeous today. I'm going to finally get around to cutting the grass later and possibly pot on the seedlings.
Water and council tax bills have arrived. Both have gone up but not by as much as I expected.
Today's exercise has been walking to work then to/from the bus stop on the way home and I'm doing a live resistance bands class at 6.15.
Tonight's dinner is leftover cherry tomato orzo bake from Sunday.

What a difference getting into the office a bit earlier and catching the bus home made! I was able to finish at 3.30 and I got the grass cut, trimmed a shrub and potted on the seedlings. Also did the ironing and had a quick clean round.
I usually WFH Wednesdays but have to go into the office again tomorrow as I’m taking minutes at a 4 hour face to face meeting 😬🥱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
So glad that you have found a way to get some time back in your day.

Hope the meeting isn't too painful, that's a long time to have to concentrate!
