I agree @badmemory and @Baileys_Babe it's a strange way to carry on. I go to a private dentist and you can't leave without booking your next appointment. I'm there 5 times a year too!

    Happy Friday 😁

Worked in the office this morning, WFH this afternoon. I usually do a short day on Fridays but am doing a full day today as I have a few niggly bits I want to get rid of.

Picked up the free paper from W@itrose and free magazine from Mr T then dropped off some empty pill packs at B00ts for recycling on the way home.

Then stopped off at Lid! where Mr SA met me to take the shopping.

Quick finance check done. DD paid her board so that's been shuffled to the holiday pot. An oddment of £2 has gone to the Christmas pot.

Today's exercise has been walking to/from work and I'm planning a short yoga session before I jump in the bath later.

Tonight's dinner is Thai red lentil curry with rice mainly to use up the remnants of a Thai red curry paste in the fridge.

Looking forward to sitting with my feet up tonight and not having to set my alarm for 4.30am.

The daffodils are a real spirit lifter. We’re heading to a NT garden in Wales on Monday - their daffs are usually spectacular if you time it right…..in previous years we’ve either been too early when they’re in bud or just as they’ve gone over. I’m hoping we’ll have timed it right this year then Dh is taking me out for dinner for Mother’s Day……we never do anything on the actual day as it’s busy and I’m sure many places hike the prices plus the place we’re going to is a chain that does good mid week offers 👍

We also popped into that little Waitbl00m this afternoon, @Sun_Addict, & I was given a free bunch of flowers! There was an assistant randomly handing out all the yellow stickered bunches to customers for free, as she said "we won't sell these now". So I now have a vase full of lovely sunny-coloured gerberas & interesting frondy things on top of my piano.

I missed you and the free flowers by a few hours. I was there late morning.
