you are very patient with MrSA's persistent bothering of you. My dad had a stroke 8 years ago and seems to have no sense that people are not instantly available when he thinks of something he thinks he needs. Last week he thought a light bulb flickered and he rang me 7 times and my son in law 15 times and my daughter 4 times to say he needed a new light bulb. 🤷♀️

Your dad sounds just like Mr SA @Blackcats.
In bumbag news, I found my running one and gave it to Mr SA. He declared it perfect. However it was later abandoned on my side of the bed so I guess it’s not so perfect after all 🙄I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Oh dear…..Mr SA and his bum bags. Does he actually use them or just like to collect them.
Glad you’ve managed a couple of outings since I last read your diary. I’m constantly on catch up these days

Morning all, happy Friday eve.
WFH again today so had a nice relaxing start to the day, although it was cut short by DD getting up and clanking about in the kitchen.
Today is Mr SA's Big Dentist Day. He's already asked me if it's today 🙄 I'll be so glad when it's finally done as the whole week so far seems to have revolved around it. It's appointment 3/3 and the expensive filling is being fitted so will be forking out almost £300 for it. Fortunately the money was set aside when he got the estimate for the work so it's sitting there waiting. I'll make sure he comes away with a check up appointment this time.
While he's at the dentist I'm going to grab the opportunity to clean the living room, particularly around his chair area.
Today's exercise will be yoga later, dog walking later, a lunchtime strength training class and Zumba tonight.
Tonight's dinner will involve the PON creamed cabbage and leek recipe as it's so tasty and I have an open tub of cream cheese that needs using. I think I'll have it with the last portion of nut roast from freezer stocks plus loads of steamed veg.

Yes he uses them but likes to have plenty to choose from so he can spend lots of time swapping them about. He's the same with footwear. Drives me nuts.

Hope the dentist visit goes well.

Mr SA's dentist appointment went well apart from having to ring me for the card PIN as he'd forgotten it. I had to remind him not to repeat it out loud! They wouldn't give him another appointment for a 6 months check up, their system is you have to ring nearer the time. I've put a reminder in my diary. At least he's back on their books now.
Apart from that there haven't been any other spends today.
