I suspect a panic button type thing would get pressed far too frequently to make it a viable option!

He's had a panic alarm before but we found we were paying out for nothing as the call came through to me in the first instance which defeated the object. We had been led to think if he had a fall or other emergency someone would come out to help, the reality was they'd phone me.
On the missing slice of toast front, he had to have his lunch early as he was 'starving'.

Morning all, happy hump day.
WFH today, the worst two working days of the week are behind me, happy days.
The young cat got me up before my 4.30 alarm! It wasn't worth going back to bed so read my book and did some Spanish learning.
Mr SA and the dog are still in bed. Mr SA will moan when he gets up as he had 3 man bags in the living room last night, 2 hanging on the door handle and 1 on the floor about to go under his chair. I removed them and put in his wardrobe where they belong. He also had a gilet hanging from the door handle. He's so untidy, drives me mad, his stuff is everywhere and he's too lazy to put it away. I dread to think what the house would look like if I didn't keep on top of it.
Mid-week finance check has been done and cc balance cleared. An oddment of £1.10 has gone to the Christmas pot.
I priced up some gold I no longer wear yesterday and was surprised to find I could get over £800 for it! I've opted for them to send me an insured envelope. It's a company I've used before in the past - Hatton Garden Metals. This has also prompted me to see if Vintage Cash Cow will take a few bits I no longer use/wear - I've been thinking about this for a while now. Might as well get rid of some clutter and get paid for it. I don't do Vinted and no longer do eBay - I suspect I wouldn't get as much via them anyway as people seem to want to pay next to nothing for things.
Exercise wise I've got yoga in 10 minutes, dog walking later and Zumba tonight.
I'm making a three bean chilli in the slow cooker for tonight's dinner.
DD has gone to work so I'm going to take an extended lunch break to give the bathroom and bathroom a good clean.

What a nice surprise, & a no-brainer if you no longer wear any of it.

I sold a fair bit to the same company a few years ago and got far more than I'd ever paid for it so it was a lovely surprise to find a pair of earrings I hate, a broken pair and two bracelets I haven't worn for years are worth that much. Obviously they need to be verified before any money is released but I received the predicted amount last time very quickly. A friend has sold successfully to the other place and I have a few things just shoved in a bag that are a bit too valuable to go to a charity shop but I don't want the faff of selling them myself. Worth a try.
Mr SA has been trying my patience again. I was in a meeting taking notes when he burst into my office. I shooed him away but he said it was urgent. Urgent to him maybe as it was about where my running bum bag is as he'd decided it's just what he needs. How he's remembered this bag I don't know as I bought it when I went running in lockdown and haven't used it since!!
After the meeting I went downstairs to grab some lunch and he asked for the bag as he needs it NOW. Told him I wasn't sure where it was as it's been a few years since I last used it and I may well have donated it to the charity shop. He won't accept this and wants me to look for it.
