With regard to no signal to ring for help, apparently a text can sometimes get through when a conversation can't. I hope none of us ever needs to know that.

    Morning all.

Another nice relaxing start to the day.

I really must have a look at that jet washer today in case it needs to go back. This is starting to become a frog so is top of my to do list.

    Other plans:

Take the dog on the park, meal plan for the coming week with a heavy focus on what needs using up, make a batch of butternut squash, apple and ginger soup, clean make up brushes, set washing machine and dishwasher on a maintenance cycle, plant seeds, Spanish learning, vacuuming and mopping.

Today’s exercise will be dog walking and yoga.

Tonight’s dinner is pizza and salad. Leftover aubergine stew for lunch. There is leftover Prosecco from last night as always 🥂

It might not be a NSD as I really need to order some birthday cards from 😗 🐟

Well we’ve established the jet washer works 🥳 Not been able to test it properly as we need to be outside and it’s pouring with rain. Mr SA just hadn’t give it enough time to pump the water through the hose. He just switched it on and expected it to jet wash straight away 🙄

I didn’t get everything I wanted to do done unfortunately but at least I got some things done which is a bonus. I was really enjoying my latest book and wanted to finish it to see what happened in the end so ended up reading for quite a good while - Yesterday’s Sun by Amanda Brooke. It was slated as far fetched on Good Reads but I really enjoyed it. Love anything with an ancient curse and magical vibes and I didn’t see the end coming until right at the end which was good.

It finally stopped raining enough to take the dog on the park but it was very waterlogged so after a quick walk round we ended up continuing to a local high street where there’s an 1ce1and. I discovered they’re still selling minced beef in normal packs rather than the vacuum packs that most supermarkets seem to have adopted so picked some up for Mr SA. I also picked up some reduced bread rolls and part baked baguettes for him.

I’ve got a really busy week ahead but have lunch out with friends to look forward to on Friday 🙂
