Do i tick the 3rd option in "Tick the appropriate box" section? I do not wish to pay any amount to the claimant. so which box do i tick please?
Also just above that is "Address to which documents about this claim should be sent (including reference if appropriate)"; do i give my address here? what are the documents of this claim?

Why are you considering filing a Defence by using the N9B form?

Earlier this month - on 7 September at 10:50PM - I gave you guidance on how to file a Defence.

At the time I wrote that post you had over four weeks to create a Defence.
You now have just one week left.

so I dont fill any forms (N9B) but just send an email to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk, with all the details listed by Coupon - mad in :

Also just checking, do i mention in para 3 about what happened at the parking site with the defendant (me) and can i mention if i have a witness (a family friend of mine who was with me and was in same situation as me but he had kept parking-receipt; unfortunately i discarded it the moment we left the beach; and because he produced his receipt to the claimant he was excused but i was trapped; i have a picture of HIS receipt which was issued just before i was issued mine-i was next in line behind him)

Save the stories for the witness statement in several months time , just a concise paragraph that addresses the POC , maybe with a short summary 

Use the defence template, adapted at paragraphs 2 & 3, when completed save it as a PDF document 

Attach it to your email to claim responses, adding the claim number etc, then send it 

No actual forms are filled in, no posting anything either
