this is what i mentioned in #3 of defense:

3. As per Particulars of the claim, the car was parked at Chesil Beach Dorset but the defendant (not the driver) had a valid permit issued and placed on the dash of the car as required. But as soon as the defendant left the beach the permit was discarded. There was a family friend of the defendant who travelled along in another car (on the same day) who purchased the permit just before the defendant did. But they too were issued PCN under same circumstances but avoided the PCN as they had saved their permit in the car for a week. Unfortunately the defendant did not keep the permit as it was no use keeping a valid permit after the parking was used. The defendant’s friend who had travelled along is ready to be witness in favor of the defendant.

Hi, i received an acknowledgement letter from the HM Courts & Tribunals Service stating that a copy of defence is being sent to the claimant. It also says that the claimant may contact you direct to attempt to resolve any dispute......
