I agree.  There's no need to change it.

she is the owner of this car (which is manual and most of the time I'm the driver) and she wants to buy an automatic car (one with more features) for herself. So i can have the existing car in my name. Hope this makes sense.

It makes sense but not in relation to this parking issue!
  • got a letter from DCB Legal that the court will direct both parties to file directions questionnnaires in due course. and anticipating that they have enclosed a copy of it. 2 pages of Directions questionnaire (Small Claims Track); to be completed by, or on behalf of, Euro Car Parks Limited (who is the claimant in this claim)

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.
  • Thanks Keith!
  • i finally received the N180 DQ form; it says:

This is now a defended claim... and i must send the completed N180 form to CNBC and all other parties by Nov25.
So I fill this form (hand written) and post it to CNBC and DCB legal by registered post. right?
