got a letter from DCB Legal that the court will direct both parties to file directions questionnnaires in due course. and anticipating that they have enclosed a copy of it. 2 pages of Directions questionnaire (Small Claims Track); to be completed by, or on behalf of, Euro Car Parks Limited (who is the claimant in this claim)

i finally received the N180 DQ form; it says:
This is now a defended claim... and i must send the completed N180 form to CNBC and all other parties by Nov25.
So I fill this form (hand written) and post it to CNBC and DCB legal by registered post. right?0 -
