ooops (I misunderstood the question); so I answer this as NO and I have to state why so...
do I say: I would like to attend the hearing as I have been falsely accused by the claimant and have been charged a penalty for it. I have sufficient proofs and a witness as well to prove my case against the claimant who has caused me and my family trauma by repeatedly mailing me letters to force me into paying the penalty.0 -
