Hi, i tried logging into the MCOL site today to complete AOS but username/ password seems to be incorrect... i tried a number of times with the provided username and password in the letter but it still says incorrect. What should i do?0

hello, sorry coupon-mad, i tried checking for the post to email AOS and i got the email ID (AOS.CNBC@justice.gov.uk) but i wasn't successful in getting the template for the email. all i got was the link to do it online or template defense... are the template AOS and template defense the same? kindly send me the link for the template AOS...
My login details are still not working to do it online...
I received the letter on the 7th Sept and today is 17th.... hope im not late0 -

There's no template AOS. Just email the CNBC to acknowledge the claim and tell them you couldn't do this on MCOL.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
