GCTT aren't a new company.
They are ZZPS.Is this getting serious?No. But please phone them tomorrow and record the call on another phone, as I beg people to do, and submit your evidence of bullying to the Government before the Call for Evidence closes this weekend:
Send your recording and copies of all the aggressive letters to the DLUHC by email this week. Ask them why this 'GCTT' (ZZPS using another name) are pretending they are not the same company, as sending letters with different names is misleading to consumers who think the case has escalated.
Do not agree to a payment plan, do not be bullied or scared, DO NOT PAY, stay polite, state why you dispute the PCN and record everything as evidence, as explained here:

THE CALL FOR EVIDENCE CLOSES THIS WEEKEND.

There is no registered company called GCTT Certificated Enforcement Agents - as others have said this is part of ZZPS. The registered address in Covent Garden is one of those buildings where you can rent an office, meeting room etc, or just have your post redirected for an annual payment. I love the footer at the bottom of the letter in which they claim that "GCTT Certificated Enforcement Agents t/a ZZPS Limited"-It should of course be the "other way round", but why let accuracy get in the way.
(I also see that they have missed a "t" out of "Certificated" when they "signed" the letter.)3 -

In spite us telling you it is not a "fine" you still think it is.Also you claim to have a letter where Euro have called it a "fine", which I find very hard to believe, but you have not produced it!This would be dynamite if true, please post that letter on here!1
